I love coffee and I love Drambuie so when I heard about “bespoke java cocktails” made with Chameleon Cold-Brew and Drambuie, I was intrigued. Here’s a recipe the partnership shared with us at the In Good Taste Denver blog.

Chameleon Cold-Brew Coffee, available all over Colorado, uses an extra-long brewing time, has twice the caffeine content as a regular cup of coffee and a formula that is said to be easier on the digestion. The brand prides itself on being a versatile drink that can be enjoyed in more than one way, coffee drinker or not. Drambuie, a premium Scotch liqueur is made with aged Highland whisky, heather honey, herbs and spices, though the exact recipe remains a closely guarded secret as it has since 1745. This partnership merges the quality of consciously crafted beverages, unique flavor profiles and the spirit’s more than 270-year history, and versatile uses in contemporary cocktail culture.
