Pumpkin season is far from over.  Denver restaurant, Bremen’s Wine & Tap, is offering a Pumpkin Coconut Chai Martini this fall and into the winter. They were kind enough to provide us with the recipe so you can make it at home. Maybe make it the signature cocktail at Thanksgiving dinner this year!

Bremen’s Pumpkin Coconut Chai Martini

1 oz Pumpkin King
1 1/2 oz  Ketel One Vodka
1 oz Ricurra
2 oz Coconut Chai Tea/ Coconut water concentrate
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake well and serve in a chilled martini glass. In this photo from the way Bremen’s serves it in the restaurant, the glass is rimmed with crushed toasted coconut flakes, and drink is garnished with cinnamon and star anise. Lovely!
