We love this idea – Cocktails straight from the Farmers Market!

The Farmers Market @ Union Station is bringing together Denver bartenders, farmers, and local spirits in a series of events called Market Mixology. Bartenders from Terminal BarMercantile Dining and Provisions, and Beast and Bottle will each be partnered with a local farm and a spirit from CapRock Distillery.

Guests will tour the market with the bartenders to learn about great farmer’s market ingredients that create original all-local cocktails. Then gather on the patio at Terminal Bar to watch cocktails being created and sample the results.

‘The Farmer’s Daughter’

1.5 oz. Buttered Caprock Gin

.5 oz. Roasted Corn Demerara Syrup

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

Dash Celery Bitters

Served up in a Martini Glass
