Step through the gates of The Fort and back in time for a traditional 1800s Christmas celebration. A multi-course menu includes a choice of dinner salad or soup, served with freshly baked breads for the first course; buffalo prime rib au jus (8 oz. for $44, 12 oz. for $54 or 16 oz. for $64) with horseradish, seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes; and a slice of pecan pie for dessert. The “Where in the World is Chef” menu is home for the holiday, with some seasonal favorites. This menu will be throughout December, including BOTH Christmas eve and Christmas Day. Menu options available included Toasted Coconut & Butternut Squash Soup with pumpkin seed oil, NY Strip served Oscar style with bernaise and asparagus and there’ll be Spiced Cheesecake with gingerbread crust and molasses caramel.
Located inside Hotel Teatro, The Nickel will feature a multi-course dinner menu, including squash soup; smoked turkey breast with cranberry sauce; prime rib; whiskey cornbread stuffing; pumpkin pie with eggnog whipped cream; festive and traditional figgy pudding; and more. range, inside the beautiful, former Colorado National Bank building and the Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center hotel, is featuring a multi-course menu with a roasted beet and spinach salad with candied walnuts, pomegranate, chevre and a blood orange vinaigrette; Niman Ranch prime rib, served with a pop over and Boursin whipped potatoes or Arctic char with quajillo chile, charred yams, blood orange relish and cilantro chimi. Boulder Marriott’s Canyons
Attend the annual Christmas Buffet dinner which includes carved New York strip steak with wild mushroom sauce, smoked Gouda and buttermilk mashed potatoes; coconut milk clam chowder with smoked bacon; dark chocolate mocha mousse and many more delicacies.
