CHRISTMAS EVE:

Hearth & Dram 
Partake of a four-course pre-fixe menu. For $65 per person, guests can choose items such as beef tartar with toast; grilled Bronzino with chestnut pasta and mussels; roasted strip loin; and a malt profiterole with dark chocolate sauce for dessert. Postino
Keep it casual. Bring friends or family to take advantage of $5 glasses of wine and $5 pitchers of beer all day until 5pm. Toast the holiday with a shared bruschetta board and a glass of Redwood Alley Carignan.

Step through the gates of The Fort and back in time for a traditional 1800s Christmas celebration. A multi-course menu includes a choice of dinner salad or soup, served with freshly baked breads for the first course; buffalo prime rib au jus (8 oz. for $44, 12 oz. for $54 or 16 oz. for $64) with horseradish, seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes; and a slice of pecan pie for dessert. The Corner Office Restaurant + Martini Bar
The “Where in the World is Chef” menu is home for the holiday, with some seasonal favorites. This menu will be throughout December, including BOTH Christmas eve and Christmas Day. Menu options available included Toasted Coconut & Butternut Squash Soup with pumpkin seed oil, NY Strip served Oscar style with bernaise and asparagus and there’ll be Spiced Cheesecake with gingerbread crust and molasses caramel.

CHRISTMAS DAY:

The Nickel 
Located inside Hotel Teatro, The Nickel 
will feature a multi-course dinner menu, including squash soup; smoked turkey breast with cranberry sauce; prime rib; whiskey cornbread stuffing; pumpkin pie with eggnog whipped cream; festive and traditional figgy pudding; and more. Reservations can be made by calling (720) 889-2128.

range
range, inside the beautiful, former Colorado National Bank building and the Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center hotel, is featuring a multi-course menu with a roasted beet and spinach salad with candied walnuts, pomegranate, chevre and a blood orange vinaigrette; Niman Ranch prime rib, served with a pop over and Boursin whipped potatoes or Arctic char with quajillo chile, charred yams, blood orange relish and cilantro chimi.  A peppermint mocha pot de crème for dessert. Boulder Marriott’s Canyons
Attend the annual Christmas Buffet dinner which includes carved New York strip steak with wild mushroom sauce, smoked Gouda and buttermilk mashed potatoes; coconut milk clam chowder with smoked bacon; dark chocolate mocha mousse and many more delicacies. Included with this delectable dinner, each guest will have one glass of house champagne. Timberline Steaks & Grille
If you’re going to be spending time at DIA on Christmas Day, you can still enjoy a delicious and festive Christmas meal. Timberline Steaks & Grille, located in Concourse C, is offering a Christmas Day Buffet, including: traditional roasted prime rib, freshly carved and smoked honey ham; various sides, such as green beans with red peppers and onions, loaded mashed potatoes, salad and rustic dinner rolls; and New York-style cheesecake with fresh strawberries and cranberry bread pudding for dessert.
