We can all use some love these days, of every kind. Here’s a 2026 update of our popular roundup of Valentine, Galentine and Palentine happenings in February.

Events Happening Multiple Dates:
54thirty on the 20th floor of Le Méridien Denver Downtown celebrates with Valentine’s specials and special events available Feb. 1-15. Depending on the date, there are special cocktails, tarot and astrology readings, and floral bouquets to create and purchase.
A Timeless Romance at The Brown Palace includes an overnight, a bottle of champagne and breakfast for two at Ellyngton’s.
Ajax Downtown Galentine’s Weekend is available Feb. 13-15. Enjoy featured cocktails like Dump Him, I Can Buy Myself Flowers and food specials including a Girl Dinner, Smoked Salmon Tartine, Pink Waffles and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries.
Annette and Traveling Mercies are both offering food and drink specials Feb. 13-15.
Baumé’s Valentine’s Sweets are available Feb. 1-14 for in-person dining in the Great Hall of Denver Union Station or to go. Options include a Coconut Tart, Macaron Heart and St. Valentine’s Day Rose with layers of tres leches and strawberry compote dipped in a vanilla bean mousse and topped with vanilla bean Chantilly and sprayed red.
Church & Union Denver has a pop-up in downtown Denver Feb. 3-28 when the restaurant’s bar will transform into an over-the-top Valentine’s experience with decor, festive cocktails and a limited-time dessert called “Is it That Sweet? I Guess So…” with chocolate espresso cake, layered with cream cheese mousse and dark chocolate ganache.
Corinne Denver’s three-course Valentine’s menu is available Feb. 11-15. Choose from three entree choices including choices of starter, entree and dessert. The pricing depends on the entree chosen.

Date Night Kits at Leven Supply are as perfect for Galentine’s Day as for Valentine’s Day. They include a bottle of rosé, a DIY pizza kit and a four-pack of choice of Leven’s brownies, cookies or a mix-and-match option. The pizza kits include Leven’s naturally leavened dough, pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese. The kit is $55 and available for purchase in person or online from Feb. 6 through 16.
Done Deal is serving the Aphrodisiac Oyster Martini throughout February. The cocktail features peppercorn-infused Aviation Gin and an olive brine mignonette, served alongside a freshly shucked New Brunswick oyster.
Fuso Pizza & Pasta will be serving hand-tossed heart-shaped cheese and pepperoni pizzas for the weekend, Feb. 13-15.

Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse RiNo is offering a candlelit evening with a coursed menu designed for sharing and available Feb. 13-15. Highlights include chestnut soup, shrimp and avocado salad, and beef bourguignon. The evening ends with a s’mores-inspired pots de crème featuring smoked vanilla custard, chocolate ganache, graham streusel and a house-made marshmallow, paired with thoughtfully selected wines, Champagne and dessert pours for a perfectly romantic finale. Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek has a Valentine’s getaway package called the Love in Cherry Creek. It includes gourmet truffles, chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of bubbly upon arrival. Dine at Local Jones with a three-course meal.
Junction Food & Drink food hall makes Galentine’s gatherings easier. Groups under 30 can make a reservation with no rental or minimum and parking is free. Once inside, there are more than 10 locally owned food concepts to take advantage of.
Luca’s Valentine’s Day menu is $100/person and includes fried artichokes with fontina-spinach dip, a fresh arugula salad, crab agnolotti with ricotta piccata sauce, choice of grilled Chilean Sea Bass or Porchetta and either chocolate budino or Italian pavlova for dessert.
Más Chido Tasting Menu Experience is available at three seatings (4pm, 6pm and 8pm) Feb. 12-14. Enjoy a 5-course meal while sitting up at the chef’s counter for an up close view of the action in the kitchen. The menu, for $85/person includes seafood and land-based offerings. Add a mixed beverage pairing for $55 or zero-proof offerings for $45. Reservations are required and availability is limited.
Maven Hotel offers two romantic getaways in February: Pizza Is Our Love Language includes overnight accommodations, an in-room heart-shaped pizza from Denver Milk Market and bottle of sparkling bubbles. Love at First Bite includes an overnight, romantic multi-course dinner at Kachina Cantina and complimentary valet parking.
Mister Oso Wash Park is offering Dinner for One or Two, Feb. 13-15. It begins with an amuse bouche of plantain crisp with avocado mousse and caviar, followed by the choice of fresh oysters or tuna tataki. The second course is streak tacos, lobster tostadas or coconut rice. Dessert is Miser Oso churros dusted with pink sugar served with chocolate sauce. The cost is $70 for one or $135 for two. Museum of Illusions Denver makes the place Valentine-fied Feb. 7-15 with interactive experiences perfect for a date like a Walk-in Kaleidoscope, a giant heart wall where you can snap photos with heart projections and a Heart Origami station where everyone leaves with a sweet chocolate treat. Buy two adult tickets and get 14% off select Valentine’s merchandise to take home.

My Neighbor Felix is offering a 3-Course Valentine’s Weekend Prix Fixe Dinner Feb. 13-15 at their LoHi, DTC and Colorado Springs locations. For $55/person choose an appetizer (Strawberry Jicama Salad or Sopa de Chile Poblano); an entree (Steak Mole Negro or Colorado Bass Baja); and dessert (Chocolate Abuelita Cake or Mango Tres Leches).
Olive & Finch has hand-made cake truffles packaged in boxes of six ($18) or 12 ($36). Pre-order Feb. 1-12 with pickup from their Uptown location. They will have pre-packaged packs available Feb. 13 and 14. They also have Valentine’s-themed pastries throughout February including a chocolate-strawberry pop-tart and cherry hand pie.

Poka Lola Social Club has Valentine’s specials Feb. 9-15 including cocktails like Kiss From a Rose with Glendalough wild rose gin, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, rose-infused Cocchi Americano and orange bitters and But Daddy I Love Him with cream cheese-washed Astral Blanco, strawberry, vanilla and white balsamic.

Retrograde’s Cosmic Love Lounge is housed behind a freezer door in Sweet Action’s Uptown ice cream parlor. The retro space has themes of intergalactic and forbidden love, with specialty cocktails named for “bad” sci-fi movies including Love on the Vampire Planet. Retrograde: Cosmic Love Lounge is open Sunday through Thursday starting at 6pm and Friday and Saturday starting at 5pm through February 28.

RYZE Skyline Lounge in Colorado Springs has Galentine’s and Valentine’s Specials. On Feb. 13 (Galentine’s) and Feb. 14 (Valentine’s), there will be speciality cocktails including the Moulin Rouge and Wild Ones, a shareable burrata and poke bowl all enjoyed on the rooftop with panoramic views of Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and the Front Range.
Señor Bear has romantic specials in addition to their regular menu, Feb. 12-15. Options include Bluefin Tuna Tostada, 16-ox NY Strip and Miso Caramel Bombas for dessert.
Sweet Action Ice Cream has a special flavor in February: Box of Chocolates with a chocolate base, packed with caramel, marshmallows and a swirl of house made cherry jam.
The Corner Office’s Valentine’s Weekend runs Feb. 12-15. They have a special lineup of Valentine’s a la carte dishes in addition to their regular menu. Items include a Mezze Grazing Board for Two, Braised Lamb Shank, Strawberry Rhubarb Ginger Cake and other options.
The Oxford Hotel Timeless Valentine getaway, available throughout February. Starting at $559/night includes overnight accommodations, a $150 credit for dinner for two at Urban Farmer, a floral arrangement from Beet & Yarrow and late checkout.
The Rally Hotel offers two romantic getaway packages throughout February. The Lovebirds Getaway includes great views, a bottle of bubbles, a locally-curated flower arrangement, chocolate-covered strawberries and a late checkout. The Proposal Playbook starts with popping the question on the Coors Field baseball diamond, a night’s stay, Caviar and Champagne toast at Call Me Pearl, brunch at The Original including chilled champagne and a customized “Home Plate.”

The Ramble Hotel’s Sweetheart’s Staycation starts at $359 and includes a Heart Questions Conversation Deck in their room, with questions you never thought to ask your S.O. There’ll also be champagne and chocolates to enjoy over conversation. The deal is available all month. Additionally, throughout February, try the seasonal pink latte from Death & Co’s DC/AM in the lobby and purchase bouquets in the lobby on Valentine’s Day Eve and Day.
Toro’s Pink La Bomba will be served Feb. 13-15. A Valentine-y spin on their signature dessert, the pink La Bomba is filled with a variety of Sweet Action ice cream scoops, cookie crumbles, brownie bits and fresh berries. Served tableside, the dessert is spun and then dramatically dropped, splitting the pink chocolate sphere, revealing the delicious fillings before being drizzled with a sweet sauce.

Valentine’s at The Crawford Hotel offers a deal throughout February that includes overnight accommodations, a $1550 credit for dinner for two at Ultreia, a floral arrangement from Beet & Yarrow, a bottle of red or white wine and late checkout. It’s all starting at $312/night.
ViewHouse has a Valentine’s Plated Special for $39.95/person available February 9-15. Choose a salad (Caesar or Nuts & Berries), entree (ribeye or salmon) and Chocolate Lava Cake Dessert.

Wonderyard presents a Love Begins in Wonder Pop Up Feb. 4-15 with themed cocktails such as “A Thousand Roses,” “The Bread Winner,” and “Love Bomb.” They’ll also have a special Chocolate Heart Smash dessert on the menu.

Valentine’s Wine Mixology at Blanchard Family Wines is perfect for Galentine’s, Palatine’s and sweethearts. In partnership with Salta Events, this special class teaches how to mix up three Valentine’s wine cocktails. For $67/person, take home the recipes plus fun tips and tricks for entertaining. Beer and Dumpling Pairing at Bruz Off Fax costs $35/person. They are pairing up with ViDa Eats Catering for a Valentine’s weekend event with four different dumplings paired with four different Bruz beers.
Blue Island Oyster Bar celebrates both Feb. 13 and 14 with an aphrodisiac-inspired menu of seafood specials including Crab-crusted Chilean Sea Bass and Lobster Frites and Valentine’s-themed cocktails like the Raspberry Rendezvous made with Gray Whale gin lemon, honey and raspberry. Their regular menu will also be available.
Edgewater Public Market hosts a Valentine’s-themed pop-up market from 5-8pm. Shop a curated collection by local artists and makers.
Galentine’s Day at Ascend Spa & Wellness at the Polaris Hotel offers curated workshops all day including sunrise yoga and sound healing.
Galentine’s Day at Golden Hour has a special “Girl Dinner” menu featuring little gem wedge salad, a choice of dirty or espresso martini and an order of fries.
Galentine’s Junk Journaling Party at HashTAG Downtown hosts a hands-on junk journaling experience on a heated rooftop. For $59.90/person, all supplies will be provided as well as light bites and choice of two cocktails or mocktails.
Galentines! Girls Night Out at Comedy Works in Greenwood Village is a chance to grab your besties for a fun night in the Insta-worthy Valentine’s pop-up lounge, sipping themed cocktails.
Gattara has a prix fixe experience Feb. 13 and 14 for $120/person. The four-course menu includes a glass of prosecco served with a welcome bite plus Couer de Parma (toasted bread with stracciatella burrata, fresh fig and prosciutto di Parma; a choice of appetizers and entree selections such as lobster linguini; and a choice of tiramisu or chocolate cake for dessert.
Golden Galentine’s Night at the Jacquard Hotel is a fireside-style panel discussion with national dating and confidence expert Kimmy Seltzer with reality-TV personalities Cindy Cullers and Debbie Siebers. They’ll talk confidence, modern dating, sexy confidence and feminine energy.
Kachina Cantina hosts Amor at the Cantina, a $75/person, 3-course, prix fixe menu available Feb. 13 and 14. The menu includes citrus scallop and shrimp ceviche or elote empanadas, blue corn-crusted filet, snapper a la Veracruzana and chipotle honey chicken and chocolate-forward desserts. Keystone’s Annual Winter Wine Weekend is Feb. 13-14. The event includes wine tastings, ski and snowboard waxing and a live DJ set. There’ll also be bourbon tastings, a charcuterie spread, live jazz, chocolates and macarons.
Nocturne has a Valentine’s Weekend Dinner & Show for Feb. 13-14. On the 13th, hear the Gabriel Mervine Quintet with vocalist Marion Powers. On Feb. 14, hear the Ben Markley Quintet performing romantic standards and ballads. Have a special three-course dinner specially curated for the weekend and add on wine pairings if interested. Reservations are $198/person and can be had at two different seatings.
Pearls & Prosecco – A Galentine’s Gathering at The Benson Hotel and Faculty Club includes painting candlesticks, competing in a playful flower-arranging challenge, a Love Letter Station, photo ops and more.
Red Rocks Romance at The Fort restaurant, available Feb. 13-14, offers a specialty menu including a “sweet heat” chili and brown sugar-rubbed 8-oz. Buffalo filet with mashed potatoes and veggies. Dessert is a petit Chambord negrita topped with passion fruit pearls. The deal is $75/person and includes a signature Fort salad and freshly-baked bread. Add a 4-oz cold water lobster tail for $28.

Urban Farmer Valentine’s Weekend Prix Fixe Dinner is served Feb. 13 and 14. The four-course dinner starts with a glass of rose prosecco and features options such as a shrimp cocktail, ahi tuna tartare, 8 oz filet, tiramisu, red velvet cake and more. Water Grill’s prix fixe dinner is available Feb. 13-14 and features four courses including chilled wild jumbo shrimp, scallop crudo, soups or salads, seafood or steak entrees including California spiny lobster and choice of desserts. The price is $135/person with an optional wine pairing for $50/person. There’ll also be a photobooth to capture the evening and a complimentary gift for each couple.
Weenies & ‘Tinis returns to Traveling Mercies for Galentine’s Day. Collaborating with the gals at Lottie’s Meats, the pop-up features Banb-bang shrimp and sausage skewer, sausage-potato-cornichon and raclette and a giardiniera martini.
February 14: Valentine’s Day
2.14 at Sorry Gorgeous brings DJ Peter Paul spinning sultry grooves, Keenan Trevon performing live R&B, specialty cocktails, small bites and a curated Valentine’s Day menu.
Adrift hosts a showdown of three iconic cocktails from Don the Beachcomber versus three from Trader Vic for one night only. Sip, compare and debate.
Ambler hosts the Lover’s Listening Room, a ticketed, immersive dining experience that transforms the restaurant into a candlelit vinyl listening lounge. Guests can enjoy a multi-course dinner with cocktail or mocktail, for a multi-sensory evening. Reservations can be made here.

Jill’s Restaurant at the St. Julien Hotel & Spa, serves up a four-course prix fixe dinner for $$89/person with roasted tomato soup, mushroom arancini, culotte steak au poivre and spiced wine poached pears among the options for each course.
Jovanina’s Broken Italian has a $125/person four-course prix fixe dinner that includes a choice of antipasti such as crispy fritto misto, Primo course options such as rose flower risotto with rock shrimp, mains including branzino and desserts such as winter citrus buckle. Kiss Me in Convergence is an Adult-Verse event at Meow Wolf Denver for those age 21 and up, with a DJ set, immersive performance art by Julie Puma exploring intimacy and memory and a hands-on makers station for guests to create and take home keepsakes.
Little Monkey Bizness at The Orchard Town Center is hosting a Valentine’s Day Parents’ Night Out. Drop off kids ages 4-10 for a supervised evening of play with games, activities, pizza and juice so parents can go out for an evening of their own. Book a spot in the link.
Local Jones’ Valentine’s Dinner has three courses starting with grilled polenta cakes with tomato-eggplant caponata to share, seared scallops with celery root puree, hazelnuts and winter citrus as one of the entree options and rich chocolate with seasonal fruit for dessert, all for $85/person.
Lookout Bar Valentine’s Day Special, from 3-9pm serves up two special “Flirtini” cocktails and a Baked Brie appetizer for $49.
Love is Optional: A Valentine’s Party at the Museum of Contemporary Art includes music, dancing, poets, pop-up portraits, light bites, sweet treats, bubbles and the final chance to experience the current exhibitions. There may even be people getting married or renewing their vows in the MCA Denver Cafe & Bar.
Loving Gestures opens on Feb. 14 at the Art Students League of Denver’s Englewood Branch. It’s an exhibit of artworks showcasing the ways we show love.

Saverina in the Kimpton Claret Hotel is offering a special La Festa di San Valentin prix fixe menu available 5-10pm for $95/person. The three-course tasting menu includes a starter like lobster + fresh truffle ravioli, an entree including Grilled Prime Filet + Dungeness Crab and dessert such as Strawberry Panna Cotta. Second Saturday Art Walk: Valentine Edition in the Cherry Creek Arts District, runs from 10am-1pm. Participating businesses will be open, with special happenings such as sweet treats, drinks, gifts and more.
Stoke & Rye’s Valentine’s Day Brunch Buffet, from 7am-1pm, is a family-friendly event with a seafood station, made-to-order waffle stations, cheese & charcuterie display, potato bravas, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and more. Bottomless mimosas are included. Brunch is $75/adult and $45 for kids ages 5-12 and free for age 4 and under.
Sweetheart Swing at Little Man Ice Cream’s Factory, runs 7-9:30pm. The free event includes dance lessons from 7-7:30pm. Pink or red attire suggested. The ART Hotel Denver’s Valentines Day Dinner includes starters like Vodka Arancini, mains like Barolo-braised short ribs with risotto milanese, and desserts including Strawberry Shortcake. The meal is $56/person with the addition of wine pairings for $48/person.
The OG Valentine’s Brunch has curated DJ tunes, classic favorites and a special, limited-time menu featuring Red Velvet Pancakes and a Grape-Berry Spritz cocktail.
The Ritz-Carlton Denver serves up a Tomahawk for Two with a 36oz USDA prime grade bone-in ribeye, served with a bottle of Daou Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles 2022 and a chef-inspired dessert to perfectly complement your meal. The deal is $250 per table of two.

Love in the Time of Dating Apps: Uncertainty and the Information Age isn’t a foodie event but may come in handy if the season didn’t go your way. The one-hour, interactive session offers an alternative to traditional V-Day events, designed for people who are single, dating, or simply curious about modern decision making. Led by Emily Pabst, founder of Remake The Rules, the event explores why dating apps and modern dating can feel so uncertain and exhausting, even with more access, options, and information than ever before.
