How is it possible it’s March already? Maybe we’ll actually get some wintertime in this month as it mixes with spring. As usual, Colorado presents us with a wide variety of things to do in the world of food, drink, arts and culture that we find to be In Good Taste. Let’s get busy.

Ongoing Events In Good Taste in March:

A Chorus Line is presented by the Performance Now Theatre Company at Lakewood Cultural Center, March 13-29. The Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning story looks at the world of professional Broadway dancers competing for the role of a lifetime. 

A Midsummer Night’s Dream by Colorado Ballet runs March 6-15. See a fresh new look at the iconic work based on Shakespeare’s comical play alongside Felix Mendelssohn’s score performed by the Colorado Ballet Orchestra. 

Afternoon Tea at Local Jones runs March 1-May 31. Enjoy scones, savory bites, petit fours and tea sandwiches created by pastry chef Liliana Myers. They will be served with an array of RISHI teas, floral tea cocktails or G.H. Mumm Champagne. Afternoon tea is offered Thursday through Sunday and is $65 per person. Reservations can be made here.

Alteño has opened in Cherry Creek North, a creation of Michelin-starred Chef/Owner Johnny Curiel. Dishes include Carne Apache, Queso Fundido, Chile Relleno and Pollo a las Brasas. They also have happy hour Monday-Friday, 3-5pm.

Amore Italian Grille is the new name of the Colorado Springs location of Ambli. They cite the old name being difficult for diners to understand what the concept is. We’ve wondered about that for years. Will they be changing Ambli Global’s DTC name too?

Après Thursdays at The Golden Mill hosts multiple events throughout the month: March 5: Ski Tunes & Grooves; March 12: Pints for Patrol; March 19: Ladies’ Night; and March 26: Season Send-Off Party. 

Ballet Ariel tickets are on sale now for their spring production, “Coppelia: The Toymaker’s Doll,” in Denver on April 18 and in Lakewood on May 3. The comic ballet, with original choreography, has sophisticated undertones of the Pygmalionesque story of a toymaker following in love with his creation.

Bigsby’s Folly Trivia Tuesdays happens every Tuesday for free-to-play trivia with prizes and wine to purchase.

Casa Juani has opened in Boulder, started by two alums of Frasca, serving Spanish cuisine. 

Celebrate Colorado returns, hosted by Natural Grocers® March 3-5 at all of its Colorado locations. There’ll be savings, giveaways and a customer sweepstakes, all based on local products.

Chef Michael Diaz de Leon, Michelin-starred co-owner and Executive Chef of Molino Chido, is a contestant on a show called “America’s Culinary Cup” debuting March 4 and hosted by Padma Lakshmi. Contestants are all award-winning. The competition winner receives a $1 million cash prize, the largest prize in culinary television history.
Champagne Thursday at Cooper Lounge happens every week with half-price bottles of champagne. Enjoy the setting of the Lounge, which opens at 4pm, overlooking the Great Hall at Denver Union Station.

Chef Zorba’s will offer their St. Patty’s Cakes (Mint Chocolate Chip Pancakes) from March 1-17. Chef Mark’s annual Corned Beef comes with cabbage, potatoes and carrots, and will be available for $16.95. Available while supplies last.

Chef’n It Episode 7 is out, spotlighting James Beard Semifinalist Chef Erasmo Casiano of Xiquita Restaurante y Bar. In it, he shows how to make his Barbacoa Casera Sope recipe.

Collaboration Fest tickets are on sale now for the April 4 event in Westminster. Brewers across Colorado collaborate to create unique beers solely for the festival. 

NEWS Colorado Music Festival tickets go on sale March 3 for the event’s July 9-Aug. 9 dates at Chautauqua Auditorium in Boulder. Hear 14 diverse performances of orchestral and chamber music. 

Comfort and Comedy Festival is a first annual event from Miners Alley Performing Arts Center, runs through March 8 across multiple venues in downtown Golden. See nationally touring comedians, Broadway performers, family programming, late-night events and interactive workshops. 

Denver Book Society has opened at 17th & Humboldt. Owned by Kwame Spearman, who previously managed Tattered Cover, it has rooms for books, drinks and games. 

Denver Botanic Gardens’ Summer Concert Series tickets go on sale for members, March 11 and for non-members starting March 16. Performers include Grace Potter, Chris Botti, The Infamous Stringdusters, Gregory Porter, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue and more.

Denver Ramen Fest tickets are on sale now for the April 18 event. Get unlimited ramen samples, unlimited sake, beer, boba and more, plus enjoy live music, DJs and cultural performances. 

Denver Restaurant Week menus are live for the March 6-15, 2026 event. Participating restaurants will serve a multi-course dinner for $25, $35, $45 or $55. Make reservations in advance because space fills up fast!

First Turn at Rioja is a four-course prix fixe sharing menu for $50/person, available from 4-6pm March 6-15. It features house made pastas, seasonal starters, hearty mains and a dessert to share.

Flavor Tripping Class takes place every Friday at Toro. The interactive tasting is centered around the “miracle berry,” a tiny fruit that temporarily transforms sour and bitter foods sweet and softens spice. Purchase tickets to the guided experience. 

Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center kicks off Spring starting on March 14 with the season opening of their 720-foot lazy river. 

Glowing Wild at the Denver Zoo is back with new lantern scenes and interactive surprises. There will be live entertainment, exclusive snacks and drinks. It runs selected evenings March 13-May 10.

God Save the Cream has opened a location in Englewood. We sampled the goods when we dined at Narrative, which features their ice cream on their bread pudding. Read about that in the bar below. The company is owned by Jessica La Forge who was a pastry chef at the Broadmoor Hotel when she was just 16. 

High Point Creamery’s seasonal flavors are out. Expect them to go fast. They include: Violet & Lime, Red Pepper Jelly, Honey Butter Biscuit, Orange & Olive Oil, Pina Colada and Spicy Brownies. 

Horizon of Khufu: Journey in Ancient Egypt is running throughout 2026 (and maybe longer). The amazing VR experience takes visitors to (and inside) Egypt past and present, inside and outside.
International Women’s Month Donations at Olive & Finch and Little Finch raises money for Girls, Inc. through a “round up” campaign. During each transaction in the month of March, guests can add $1 to their tab to support Girls Inc.’s mission to help all girls be strong, smart and bold through research-based programming. 

Jazz Brunch at Stoke & Rye, at The Westin Riverfront, happens every Sunday, featuring live music. The brunch is $49 for adults and $28 for kids ages 5-12.

Keystone’s Summer Festivals have been announced and early bird rate tickets are available now. Look forward to the Bacon and Bourbon Festival, Wine and Jazz Festival and Oktoberfest, among others. Check out the lineup in the link.

Mama Jo’s Biscuits & BBQ has opened in the former Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs spot on E. Colfax. In addition to selling Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches, they also have sausage, BBQ ribs and pork, jack fruit items, biscuits, fried green tomatoes and more. It’s a tough time to open a restaurant on E. Colfax so give them some love.

March Madness Watch Party can be yours for the winning from Wynkoop Brewing Company. Click here or go in March 15-29 and ask servers on the second floor for details. Guests can earn one entry online or three entries in person when they stop by to watch a game. The winner will be announced on March 31. The party will be for up to 20 people on April 4 or 6. 

Más Chido Tasting Menu Experience is available at three seatings (4pm, 6pm and 8pm) every Friday and Saturday. Enjoy a 5-course meal while sitting up at the chef’s counter for an up-close view of the action in the kitchen. The menu, for $85/person includes seafood and land-based offerings. Add a mixed beverage pairing for $55 or zero-proof offerings for $45. Reservations are required and availability is limited.   

Mecha Noodle Bar celebrates Lunar New Year with a nod to Vietnamese traditions. Through March 3, diners can enjoy limited time food and drink specials, enjoying special decor throughout the restaurant.

MilkShake Factory launches its Strawberry Matcha Milkshake available through March 29 at participating locations. It features creamy housemade vanilla ice cream blended with sweetened matcha green tea, finished with a generous topping of MilkShake Factory’s housemade strawberry whipped cream.

Navajo Hogan restaurant in Colorado Springs is slated to re-open mid-March after being closed for six years. The new owner, Bobby Couch of Green Line Grill has been revamping the historic and iconic building. 

Odd Rabbit opens this Spring in Boulder. The new sushi concept is from the owners of glo Noodle House, Christopher and Ariana Teigland. The restaurant will feature 90 indoor seats including a 10-seat chef’s counter plus a patio for 40. 

Odie B’s new RiNo location serves dinner, in addition to breakfast and lunch. The Sunnyside location is still just breakfast and lunch. 

Oliver’s Italian in Greenwood Village has a new East Coast-inspired charcuterie program featuring high-quality, hard-to-find Italian meats and cheeses to mix and match with fresh oysters too. The board is customizable with selections priced at $8 each or three for $23. 

Passover Meals Rosenberg’s 2026 Passover Package serves 4-6 for $225. The package includes a choice of brisket with gravy or harissa chicken. It comes with a variety of sides including turmeric roasted cauliflower, rosemary potatoes, matzo ball soup, macaroons and Bubbie’s Beet Horseradish. Pre-order, choosing 3/31, 4/1 or 4/2 as a pick-up date for Rosemberg’s Stanley or Five Points locations. 

Peak Spirits Distillery has partnered with the restaurants of the Big Red F Restaurant Group (Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar, The Post, Velvet Elk Lounge, etc.) to bring a zero-waste vodka initiative. Peak’s MEII Zero-Waste Vodka will be the house vodka. 

Phil Rosenthal is coming to Denver on April 25. For culinary travel-lovers like us (visit our sister site RealFoodTraveler.com), having the star of Somebody Feed Phil in town is a thrill. Not only does he travel the world, seeking out the truly local cuisine and people behind it, he does it with infectious joy. 

Revival Denver Public House has Crawfish Boils every other Sunday starting March 1. It’s served with all the classic fixings plus a live band. Every Monday brings 75 cent wings and $2 oysters.

RiNo Art District has been named the #6 Best Arts District in the country by the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards. It’s the only arts district nominated from Colorado.

Rio Grand Mexican Restaurant features blood oranges on their menu through March 23 in items like the Blood Orange Margarita to Mexico City Hot Chicken Taco Plate with blood orange habanero glaze to the Orange Chocolate Tres Leches Cake. 

Sakura Bar from Death & Co Denver returns to Suite 6A at The Ramble Hotel beginning March 6. The limited time pop-up is inspired by cherry blossoms, whose blooms come and go quickly. The bar also celebrates the popularity of Japanese listening bars. Entry is by reservation only to experience spirits from House of Suntory and food from Chef Josh Mason. Make it a real event by adding on a Suite Sakura Package. The bar and hotel suite will be available through April 26.

St. Patrick’s Fun Temper Chocolates & Confections is selling a four-piece box of themed chocolates including Clover Marshmallows, Guinness Bonbon, Irish Coffee Bonbon and Shamrock Shake Bonbon. This limited time box is available starting March 1 for $14.

The Eddy Taproom & Hotel reminds everyone that their close proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheatre makes it a great home base for concert season. Stay with them and get round-trip transportation to Red Rocks and enjoy pre-show time in their Taproom with food and drink.
The Sundance Film Festival has announced the dates for its Boulder debut: Jan. 21-31, 2027. The famous festival beat out Ohio and Utah to be the new location. It had previously been in Park City, Utah for decades. Events will take place at a variety of venues.

The W Denver makes Sundays special with poker on the heated patio that benefits the Denver MS community, with drink and food specials. Also, every Sunday is their deal to buy any burger and add House Wine or Colorado Craft Beer for $4 more. This is a restaurant along E. Colfax Ave. so they need some love. They have free parking in the lot east of the building on Elm. 

Theatre Artibus presents Shush, Now, two darkly humorous solo works set in an absurd world. It asks not whether we can find a meeting point but whether we are perfectly comfortable sleepwalking. 

Underground Music Showcase is heading to RiNo this July 24-26 with new stages and RiNo venues plus more than 200 local and national acts. 

Vail Craft Beer Classic tickets are on sale now for the June 12-13 event showcasing 100+ beers, spirits and seltzers from more than 30 beverage producers. 

Vail Wine Classic is coming, August 6-8, put on by Team Player Productions. Tickets are now available for the various events showing off world-class wines. There’ll be Grand Tastings, sommelier-led wine hikes, paired lunches and dinners and a Best of Fest event. 

Viva Abejas is the annual campaign from Richard Sandoval Hospitality, an education-first initiative that connects pollinators, food systems and hospitality. Running from March 24-April 22, the theme is Bloom to Table. Honey is ever-present with cocktails, zero-proof beverages, dishes and desserts like beef tenderloin with truffle honey. 

Welly Wednesdays at Mizuna mean a three-course dining experience for $75/person with a choice of Lobster Mac & Cheese or Mizuna Winter Salad for an appetizer, Farms Beef Wellington or Plum Miso Black Cod for an entree and Warm Chocolate Cake or Frozen Trio for dessert. The deal is only available for dine-in and on Wednesdays. 

Whiskey Throwdown and Doughnut Showdown tickets are on sale as of March 10, with tiered pricing. The event is May 30. RiNo Art Park will be the place for whiskey lovers and donut lovers to enjoy tastings, pairings and live entertainment.

8th Annual Petite Parade is a Mardi Gras celebration featuring an adorable parade where the general public participates by designing their own tiny float. Enjoy live music, dancing and prizes. Participants must register in advance though.

Ballet Ariel presents Little Women at The Schoolhouse Theatre in Parker. See the original choreography in this take on the classic story.

Blue Island Oyster Bar’s Cherry Creek location has $35 whole main lobster for lunch or dinner. They are served with shoestring fries and house slaw. Recommendations are strongly recommended. 

Colorado Environmental Film Festival’s last day happens in the annual event that features more than 60 films from around the world every year, pairing short and feature length films that aim to inspire, educate, and motivate people to protect and preserve the environment.

WinterWonderGrass Festival in Steamboat features Leftover Salmon, Elephant Revival, AJ Lee and others. 

March 3 – 303 Day
Ambler has a $3.03 happy hour menu featuring their signature Snaquiri martinis from 4pm to close. Flavors include the Snack-Arita, Snacky Sour, the Snacky Lemon Drop and others.

March 5
Mezcal Dinners are back at Kachina Cantina, collaborating with Toro by Chef Richard Sandoval and La Luna Mezcal. On March 5, guests will experience a variety of dishes that include a mezcal pairing perfect for that item. Tickets are $75/person and include all mezcal pairings and courses. 

SAME Table major fundraiser event returns, from SAME Cafe. The lineup includes local chefs from  Sắp Sửa, The Greenwich, Champagne Tiger, Konjo Ethiopian, The Easy Vegan, and Four Directions, as well as the talented SAME Café team.

March 6
First Friday with the Denver Art Society offers up original artwork by 150 Colorado artists plus an evening’s lineup of live music from Undershakers, Spit Shine and others. 

First Friday: Mujeres Poderosas at Museo de las Americas offers free admission while celebrating International Women’s Day. Create a collage or intervene a printed photograph honoring the women who came before them, those who walk beside them and those yet to come. Materials will be provided. Guests are encouraged to bring a printed photograph to incorporate into their artwork. 

First Fridays RiNo Art District includes a bunch of events including BPM Bingo at Larimer Lounge, RiNo Made Pop Up Artist Residency, Glassblowing with guest artist Robert Burch, Open Studios at Walnut Workshop and more. Visit the website and create your own itinerary. 

March 7
International Women’s Day Free Day at the Center for Colorado Women is celebrated. View the historic house, take part in an historical scavenger hunt and celebrate the accomplishments of women past and future. The free ticket includes access to the General Admission section of the museum.

Mile High Beer Festival returns to Denver March 7 at Denargo Market. Tickets include unlimited sampling from more than 40 local breweries and a commemorative sample glass to keep. See who will take home awards in the categories of Best IPA, Lager, Sour, Wheat, Stout/Porter, Cider, Seasonal, N/A and Innovative beers.

The Denver Brass presents three Celtic Mania shows March 7 and 8. In addition to the band, there will be Rocky Mountain Highland Dancers and Celtic Steps Irish Dance School.

March 8 – International Women’s Day
Blanchard Family Wines Colorado Wine Class shows off what makes growing and producing wine here different and how the climate shapes the four featured wines. Tickets are $36/each.

Plants & Pours, in collaboration between Leaf of the Party and Poka Lola Social Club, hosts a build-your-own terrarium class. Includes guidance, supplies and one specialty cocktail. Tickets are $85.

The Denver Brass Celtic Mania continued. See March 7.

March 9
ArtibusED Taster at Theatre Artibus is a social evening that dabbles in their adult educational programming. Get a taste in their playful, welcoming environment. The first drink is on them. 

March 10
Been There, Loved That Corsica Uncorked by Corsica Wine Bar is a wine tasting party in which they open 30 of their favorite cellar bottles in a cocktail-style party. Taste through the varied terrains, flavors and stories of wine from France, Italy and the Mediterranean. Sips will be accompanied by snacks and small plates. 

Molino Chido has a special collaboration with Society 303, a Latina-owned national wine bar from Natasha Sztevanovity. For one night, they will have a prix fixe wine dinner with wine pairings for each course. Tickets are $75/person and include the pairings. Seatings are at 4 and 6pm. Purchase tickets on OpenTable

March 11
Jason Marsales and Vanisha Gold perform at Dazzle March 11 and 12. Jason is part of the famous Marsalis family (Branford, Wynton and Delfeayo) and is a drummer, vibraphonist and composer. Vanisha is a jazz vocalist and composer known for her soulful voice and dynamic stage presence. 

March 12
BoulderEats! – Taste, Learn, Connect teaches how to make sense of food labels and local food systems. The event is by Slow Food Boulder County.

Cirque Kalabanté: Afrique en Cirque performs at The Newman Center bringing live Afro-jazz, percussion and kora music. 

Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream Grand Opening in Thornton gives the first 50 guests free ice cream for a year. There will be giveaways throughout the weekend.

St. Patrick’s Fun The Crawford Hotel is offering The Gallery View: Sublime Live at Union Station, an overnight stay with a prime viewing spot for the Friday morning ska punk concert with sublime Family in the Great Hall. March 13
Colorado Choir and the Denver Pops Orchestra present Psalms and Passion: The Music of Leonard Bernstein. The concert highlights some of the composer’s most dramatic and popular music. It happens March 13-14.

St. Patrick’s Fun Cruise Room St. Patrick’s Burlesque Show features Denver’s Hard Candy Dance Entertainment. Reservations are not necessary. 

St. Patrick’s Fun Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse RiNo has Irish-inspired food and drink specials March 13-17. Try the Hot Irish Coffee, Irish Espresso Marti, Reuben Patty Melt, Irish Car Bomb Bread Pudding and more. 

St. Patrick’s Fun Kegg’s & Eggs 2026, hosted by Channel 93.3, is a free event open to ages 21+ with a concert by Sublime Family, The Paradox and Bike Routes, held at Denver Union Station, starting at 7am.

Lagerhaus Live: 5280 Jukebox at Bierstadt Lagerhaus is a night of live music from local bands enjoyed with giant yard games and brews. 

Rogue Co. Dance Company: On Hold happens March 13-14 and explores the significance of time in life’s suspended moments. 

St. Patrick’s Fun Talnua Distillery celebrates whiskey, community and St. Patrick’s Day spirit with live music, food trucks, award-winning drams, custom cocktails, pipe & drum bands and the chance to meet the distiller and have a bottle signing. The event is March 13 and 14. 

Wines Pages & Pours: Discover the Art of Uncorking a Vibrant Life is a guided wine tasting at Blanchard Family Wines. Sommelier and author Shelley Bailey pairs a wine flight with insights from her book, Decant & Swirl

March 14
St. Patrick’s Fun 54thirty celebrates March 14-15 with three cocktail specials: the Citrus Clover (a twist on an Irish Maid), the Smoked Shamrock (a twist on an Emerald) and the Black Clover with Baileys. 

St. Patrick’s Fun Boulder Social hosts the 3rd Annual St. Patrick’s Day Puppy Parade with a percentage of event proceeds benefiting POSO Dog Rescue. The festivities end on the dog-friendly patio where there will be lunch, a dog-friendly menu, party photos and a costume contest. Parade participants also receive a free Boulder Social Beer.

St. Patrick’s Fun Bounce Empire celebrates March 14-17 with perks and activities throughout the park. St. Patrick’s Fun The Cherry Cricket celebrates March 14-17 with Irish-inspired food specials like their March Burger of the Month, the Dubliner 2.0 with a pattie topped with corned beef, horsey Dijonaise, potato chips and bacon jalapeno queso on a soft pretzel bun. They’ll also have local pipe bands, Irish dancers and more at all locations but schedules vary.

St. Patrick’s Fun ViewHouse St. Patrick’s Weekend Celebration runs March 14-17 with deals like $14 Reuben Egg Rolls and Irish Shot Specials.

Wild Women: Hear Us Roar plays at Nomad Playhouse in Boulder on March 14 and at Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center in Denver on March 15. The show features music and entertaining short stories about women through history called “wild” simply because they insisted on living freely.

St. Patrick’s Fun Wonderyard’s St. Patrick’s Parade Day Party serves up Lucky Me specialty cocktails, green beer, Pot of Gold shots and yard games.

March 15 – Espresso Martini Day
Academy Awards Watch Party at the Briar Patch includes a red carpet to walk, a guaranteed seat, complimentary glass of bubbles and custom-made popcorn. The regular menu will be available to order from. Tickets are $20.

Art Students League of Denver is offering a one day class, “Self-Esteem for Creatives” for $55.50. The class will also happen in April and May. It’s part of a series of one-day, affordable classes of different topics.

Espresso Martini Day Great Divide Brewery & Roadhouse RiNo shakes things up with a trio of coffee-forward cocktails. There’s the Irish Espresso Martini with Shanky’s Whip, Baileys, Borghetti espresso liqueur and cold brew; the classic Espresso Martini with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Borghetti di Vero Cafe espresso liqueur; and the Yeti Espresso Martini with their Imperial Stout.

March 19
Beyond the Western Horizon opening reception occurs at the Madden Gallery at the Museum of Outdoor Arts. It’s a group show featuring 20 artists with new views of the American west. The exhibit itself runs through July 31. The event is free. Guests receive complimentary hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine and themed cocktails plus live music from Ryan Chrys and the Routh Cuts. Western attire is encouraged. 

March 20
50th Annual Denver March Powwow is March 20-22 features more than 1600 dancers from close to 100 tribes from 38 states and three Canadian provinces. There will be singing, dancing, storytelling, food, art and culture.

Drink Red Wear Red tickets go on sale for the May 28 event. It’s the event where you wear your best red attire and enjoy endless bites from Denver’s top restaurants plus all-you-can-drink wines as well as signature cocktails, beers and N/A options. All proceeds benefit Colorado restaurant workers.

Friday Night Cooking with Wine, hosted by Balistreri Vineyards offers wine pairings with dishes cooked with Balistreri wine. Watch chefs in action, cooking recipes in real time and collect recipes at each station. 

March 21
Jeeps n’ Java is rolling into The Cherry Cricket Broomfield, hosted by The Edge Automotive 4X4. Test rigs on a CTI trailer and see how their articulation stacks up front to rear. The family-friendly event has free swag and can be enjoyed before heading into the restaurant to purchase food and drink. 

MOMIX: Alice is a reimaging of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland with movement, acrobatics and illusions within contemporary dance. It runs March 21-22.

Pizza & Posies happens at Gattera inside the Warwick Denver Hotel. Tickets include a pizza-making demonstration from Chef Mimmo Faid followed by a hands-on bouquet-making class led by Lily & The Bee Floral Design. Create a spiral, hand-tied bouquet to take home while enjoying bottomless pizza, two spritzes and free valet parking. Tickets are $85.

The Orchard Town Center celebrates Easter a little early, transforming into a whimsical, immersive wonderland. There’ll be face painting and balloon animals, a live DJ, games and scavenger hunts as well as a traditional Easter egg hunt. Snap photos with the White Rabbit, Alice, the Mad Hatter and Red Queen in themed photo spots throughout the event.

Adrift celebrates National Cocktail Day with happy hour pricing on three classic cocktails: Martini, Old Fashioned and Daiquiri.

Beer and Cheese Pairing at Bruz Off Fax teams up with So Damn Gouda Cheese is a guided event with four Bruz beers and four different cheeses. 

Paperboy opens in West Highland. The first location outside of Texas, this Austin-based brunch spot seats 75 indoors plus a 20-seat patio. Signature items include the Chicken & Biscuit with spicy honey, Texas Hash, cornmeal Paperboy pancakes, Cheddar Hashbrowns and more.

AstroTours hosts the last STARGAZE of the season. High powered telescopes are set up in the Great Meadow of Civic Center Park to see the stars. Tickets are $5.

MAKfam starts rolling out their new Spring cocktail menu items including Emerald Punch, Sesame Sazerac, Hong Kong Daisy, A Better Tomorrow, The Price of Tea in China, Little Tiger Drink and Umami-tini.

Cocktail Class featuring Hendrick’s Gin at the Grand Hyatt Denver is a hands-on class where participants learn how to make two cocktails plus a welcome cocktail and light bites.

Urban Farmer Tasting Dinner Menu showcases Chef Jessica Biederman’s vision with the first such event of the year. The four-course meal features Urban Farmer partners 7X Beef and Rebel Farm with courses paired with Haykin Family Cidery. Seating is limited and advanced reservations are required.

March 27
McGregor Square Food & Drink officially opens in McGregor Square. Previously Milepost Zero, the food hall has six different Colorado concepts: Anthony’s Pizza & Pasta, C Burger, G-Que BBQ, High Point Creamery, TaCo! And Tora Ramen. The food hall will have weekday happy hour from 11am-6pm and opens at 11am daily.

The Denver Home Show returns March 27-29 at the LVC at the National Western Center with more than 250 home improvement experts, interactive exhibits and special features including Ben Higgins (ABC’s “The Bachelor”) on Friday and Saturday. 

The Last Pour Whiskey Party at Stoke & Rye is an après ski patio party with DJ sets, whiskey cocktail specials and food specials including Bison Sliders, Charcuterie & Cheese Boards and Mussels.

Sip & Stir: Mixology at The Brown Palace happens on the last Saturday of the month. Attend the interactive class led by a professional mixologist, learning to craft standout cocktails with spirit-free options included. Each ticket comes with two alcoholic beverages, one non-alcoholic beverage, a cheese board, recipe cards to take home and branded swag. There are 25 spots and the cost is $55/person.

March 29
CSA Fairs from Slow Food Boulder County is a chance to meet local farmers, learn about Community Supported Agriculture and how to choose the right share for your family.

Four Mile Makers is a hands-on workshop series for adults at Four Mile Historic Park, combining creativity and community. The upcoming Art in the Everyday series starts March 19 with a community quilt project that’s part of a traveling sculptural social engagement public work. Participants gather to contribute a quilt piece in keeping with the theme. Get all details in the link.

Taste of Pearl in Boulder explores the city’s culinary arts scene and Colorado’s distinctive beverage providers while strolling through some of Downtown Boulder’s best galleries and retail boutiques. 

Totally 80’s Après Ski Patio Party at Adrift Tiki Bar brings the mountains to Broadway. The back patio gets dolled up, combining ski culture with an island escape.
