You know them for their pickles, and you appreciate them for their Bloody Mary cocktail mixes, but now you’re really going to love them for their latest product, Cucumber Margarita Mix. Learn about The Real Dill’s addition to your cocktail concocting. Don’t miss the recipe at the bottom.

Here at In Good Taste Denver, we love us a good margarita. But more times than not, they have that certain flavor that just tastes processed. We taste them and think, “oh, that again.” But when we heard that The Real Dill had this Cucumber Margarita Mix, we were intrigued. When they offered to send us some, we were thankful. That way, we could give you our genuine opinion, as is our policy.
Personally, cucumbers are one of my favorite veggies. I snack on them whole, add them to salads and to every sandwich for a fresh flavor and a little crunch. I was curious how that flavor was going to translate to a margarita.
The Real Dill, which is a zero-waste cocktail mix company, already well-known for their Bloody Mary mixes, combines cucumber juice, freshly squeezed limes and oranges plus lime and orange zest. That orange really rounds out the flavor to me. The mix isn’t too sour, isn’t too sweet and tastes fresh, not cloying like some others do.
All of their products are made 100% from scratch using whole, fresh ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives or major allergens.

Besides the garden-like, fresh taste, I like that I can enjoy the Cucumber Margarita Mix on its own, over ice, as a mocktail. But, of course, you can add various alcohols to it for a boozy drink. Just be sure to shake the jar well before mixing and serving, no matter how you’re serving it.
Cucumber Margarita Mix is available for retail in 32-ounce jars with a shelf life of 18 months and for bar and restaurant use in 1-gallon jugs. To learn more and see where to get it, visit TheRealDill.com.
