Sunday Brunch gets extra special on April 5, 2026 because it’s also Easter. Here are our picks for Easter Brunch opportunities that we find to be In Good Taste. We’ll add to the list as we hear of awesome new brunch options but wanted to get the list out to you early since reservations go fast. So, hop to it but keep checking back for new additions.

Easter Brunch Options In Good Taste

Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood’s annual Easter Brunch focuses on fresh seafood and coastal flavors. Both locations will open early at 10:30am serving items including Coastal Eggs Benedict with choice of Smoked Salmon or Crab Cake, a Pacific Sea Bass BLT, Lobster Seafood & Avocado Salad and more.

Bounce Empire has a Bounce Bunny EGGstravaganza Egg Hunts with two egg hunts, each packed with eggs and prizes hidden throughout the venue. Each ticket includes an Ultimate Bounce Pass, giving kids all-day access to the park’s attractions.

Chez Maggy is serving Easter Brunch al fresco on their patio with brunch favorites like Croque Madame, Crab Cake Benedict, Steak Aux Poivre and more plus a live band for $55/person. It’s available both April 4 and 5. 

Clayton Hotel & Members Club’s Easter Brunch is served in the Members’ Lounge (open to the public) featuring a springy atmosphere and elevated buffet of seasonal favorites paired with optional bottomless mimosas. Starting at 1pm, kids ages 5-12 can take part in an easter egg hunt on the rooftop.

Courier Kitchen & Bar at Grand Hyatt Denver is serving an Easter breakfast buffet from 6am-noon, including a curated pastry display, fresh honey, eggs benedict, waffle station and more for $29/person. Reservations can be made on Opentable.

Del Frisco’s Grille serves chef selects April 3-5, featuring a pistachio-crusted lamb dish. 

Easter Tea at Local Jones includes scones, savory bites, petit fours and tea sandwiches complemented by RISHI teas, floral tea cocktails or champagne. Prices are $65 per person and $30 for children 12 and under. 

Ellyngton’s at The Brown Palace serves an Easter brunch buffet for $135/person. Enjoy a slow roasted prime rib carving station and made-to-order omelet bar, shucked oysters and deviled eggs topped with smoked salmon, biscuits and gravy and beef tenderloin shepherd’s pie.

Elway’s Downtown offers The Prime Affair: Easter Lunch with a three-course menu featuring seasonal favorites, a dessert buffet and live DJ tunes. 

FIRE at The ART Hotel includes live music, complimentary valet, a seafood station, a carving station, carving station, herb-crusted roasted striploin and made-to-order omelets, brined roasted chicken and more. Brunch is $75/adult and $25/children ages 5-12. Add bottomless mimosas or sparkling rose for $22/adult. 

Fleming’s Steak House is serving a 2-course Easter Weekend Brunch menu with sliced tenderloin, a French onion frittata, shellfish Louie salad and surf & turf selections. The menu is available April 4 and 5. 

Former Saint Craft Kitchen & Taps has a brunch buffet for $55 for adults and $28 for kids featuring a variety of seasonal favorites, including a prime rib and glazed ham carving station. Reservations are available on OpenTable.

Guard and Grace hosts their annual brunch with their full menu plus special dishes including Kal-Bi Short Rib Benedict, Duck Confit Hash, Warm Monkey Bread and a Colorado Leg of Lamb Sandwich. 

Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek presents brunch favorites, chef-driven selections and indulgent desserts in their ballroom. Reservations are $75 for adults and $30 for kids under 12. 

HashTAG will have their regular menu at all three locations including Chilaquiles and their giant hotcakes. The Downtown rooftop opens April 3, just in time for Easter weekend. And you can pre-order and purchase Take & Bake Cinnamon Rolls in orders of nine minis or four large.

Jacquard’s Grand Easter Brunch Buffet includes a visit from the Easter Bunny and egg dyeing plus a variety of food and drink options. 

Kachina Cantina serves a bottomless Southwestern-inspired spread featuring dishes like chilaquiles, braised beef flautas and other classic Mexican breakfast favorites. For $28, add bottomless mimosas. 

Kona Grill has a one-day-only special menu with lobster deviled eggs; Kona Loco with seared ham, fried eggs, loco sauce; Bacon Wagyu Meatloaf; Berry-Topped pancakes and more. 

Le Méridien Denver Downtown has a property-wide Easter celebration, from the lobby to the open-air rooftop bar. Start the day with Corinne’s Easter brunch buffet in the lobby, followed by an Easter Egg hunt for special prizes including food and drink vouchers for 54thirty, Le Méridien’s rooftop bar. Then enjoy festive cocktails starting at noon at 54thirty. The brunch buffet is $82 for adults and $32 for kids. 

Los Chingones DTC serves up their El Jefe Burrito, Breakfast Tacos and Chingon Fried Rice plus Bottomless Mimosas for $20 (capped at two hours) and signature cocktails like the Breakfast Margarita with bacon-infused mezcal and maple syrup. 

My Neighbor Felix has an Easter Plated Special and Brunch at their LoHi, Centennial and Colorado Springs locations.

Oliver’s Italian serves Italian-inspired dishes, spritzes and shareable plates including Cannoli French Toast, Frittata, Chicken Parmesan Sandwich and more. Complement the Easter Brunch with a Bottomless Spritz, Blood Orange Mimosa or Peach Bellini’s. 

Ritz-Carlton Denver serves up Breakfast with the Easter Bunny from 9am-noon with a breakfast spread featuring freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruits, made-to-order omelets, Belgian waffles and more. There’ll be a live DJ spinning family-friendly tunes and there’ll be crafts and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Saverina in the Kimpton Claret Hotel has several Easter Brunch specials including a Brunch Board featuring lox, deviled eggs, ricotta doughnuts, avocado crostini and assorted accoutrements; Lamb Benedict with crispy n’duja polenta, giardiniera, poached egg and arugula; and Shrimp & Grits with charred corn, frisee and pickled onion in addition to their regular brunch menu. 

SOL Cocina will serve herb-crusted lamb chops with honey-glazed carrots, mint gremolata and braised shallots for a $40 Easter special. They’ll also have $5 Bloody Marys, Cadillac Margaritas and Micheladas. 

St. Julien’s Easter brunch buffet has two seatings during which they’ll have a carving station, fresh raw bar, made-to-order omelet station and dessert display. Add on a Bloody Mary Bar and mimosas. The Easter Bunny makes an appearance during two Easter Egg Hunts. Reservations are $109 for adults and $49 for kids. 

Steuben’s Uptown will offer Easter Brunch from 9am-2pm with special food and drink offerings alongside their regular brunch menus. Reservations are strongly suggested as this is one of their most popular events.

STK Steakhouse has special items for Easter brunch, served from 10am-3pm, like the BRKFST Burger ($15) with a beef patty, bacon, American cheese, fried egg and special sauce plus a cheesy soft-boiled egg gratin with king crab and spinach ricotta ($49), the pancake $19) topped with berries, whipped cream and maple syrup or braised beef with sundried tomatoes ($44).

Stoke & Rye’s Easter Brunch at The Westin Riverfront includes a visit from the Easter Bunny for the kids. The buffet includes herb roasted prime rib, honey glazed ham, a seafood station, omelets and waffles, salads, smoothies and a dessert bar.  

Tamayo offers a bottomless Easter Brunch for $59/person. Enjoy bottomless food and drink within a two-hour period including chilaquiles, caramelized plantains, jackfruit tinga tacos and more. Sip cocktails like bloody marys and margaritas. Bottomless food-only is available for $42.

Tavernetta’s Easter Brunch is a three-course Italian-inspired brunch with elevated classics that include Gnocco Fritto, Insalata Primavera, Polenta with lamb sausage and Swiss chard, Salmone Affumicato, Panna Cotta and other options. 

The Inverness Denver has a buffet that is $115 for adults, $49 for kids ages 6-10 and free for ages 5 and under. There’ll be bottomless mimosas and mocktails included in the price, brunch favorites and activities for the kids including the Easter Bunny, face painter and coloring stations.

The OG at The Rally Hotel is serving Carrot Cake Pancakes in a stack of three, topped with cream cheese frosting, candied walnuts and powdered sugar. 

Toro offers bottomless drinks and food with their standard bottomless brunch or with the addition of Easter specials. 

Uchi serves a six-course Easter lunch tasting featuring hama chili, chef’s voice nigiri, fried milk dessert and other options for $60/person. The main dinner menu is also available. 

Urban Farmer has East and West Coast oysters, smoked salmon, a waffle bar, biscuits and fennel sausage gravy, chicken green chili sausage, seared Chilean sea bass with chipotle creamed corn, gnocchi carbonara, salads, Colorado roasted leg of lamb, desserts and a children’s station.

ViewHouse hosts an Easter Brunch Buffet at all of its locations with an Easter Plated Ham Special for $19.99 and an Easter Sunday Funday at the Ballpark location only with yard games, DJ, golden egg hunt and giveaways.  

Wonderyard Easter Brunch Buffet offers up an unlimited buffet with brunch staple items, carving stations, desserts, pastries, pizzas and more.
