What started as a simple query in a restaurant has become a program that has ensured thousands of Coloradans have the nutritious food they need while keeping unused food from heading to landfills. We Don’t Waste is putting food in the mouths of those who need it while simultaneously helping the planet. Arlan Preblud, founder and executive director, is behind this wonderful organization and we were lucky enough to talk to him for the latest In Good Taste Denver Podcast.

You’ve probably heard of We Don’t Waste but maybe you weren’t quite sure what they do or how they do it – or the unique reasons why. With the need greater than ever, we’re proud to bring this informative conversation with Arlan Preblud to our In Good Taste Denver readers and our podcast listeners.
