A very special food and beverage event is coming to Denver, March 28. Bowl of ‘Zole Denver combines Denver’s up-and-coming chefs and award-winning restaurants with the iconic Mexican entrée, pozole. A Jukebox for the Algonquin plays at Miners Alley Performing Arts Center March 1-April 7. The award-winning play tells of the vibrant residents from Brooklyn and the Bronx who find adventurous, age-defying ways to get a jukebox for their community room.
Ballet Ariel tickets are on sale now for their spring production, April 13, 27 and 28. They will perform “An American in Paris,” “Appalachian Spring,” and “Dances from Le Corsaire.”
Boulder International Film Festival runs through March 3 with an Opening Night Gala & Film, Free Community Day, Scott Feinberg’s Awards Chatter Podcast recording and more.
Breckenridge Brewery has their Go Gold Sweepstakes with Nitro Irish Stout in time for St. Patty’s Day. There’ll be 100 special golden cans in 12-packs of Nitro Irish Stout and those lucky enough to find one can enter the sweepstakes with a photo posted to social media with a special hashtag. A winner will receive a trip for two to Ireland.
Colorado Music Festival tickets are on sale for the event that runs July 5-Aug. 4. The festival features world-class musicians from around the country plus 11 guest artists, two string quartets and three guest conductors.
Dazzle Jazz’s new $7 Happy Hour starts March $13 with food and drink specials from 3-6pm Monday-Friday (when there is a show). Enjoy it before one of Dazzle’s shows or a Denver Center for the Performing Arts show. Enjoy the music of up-and-comer jazz musicians in Colorado.
Denver Jewish Film Festival runs March 9 with a documentary film, Remembering Gene Wilder. The festival runs through March 17 with 20 films highlighting work by Jewish or Israeli filmmakers or actors.

News FlyteCo Tower, the brewery, bar, restaurant and entertainment venue at the former air traffic control tower in Central Park, announces its partnership with Drone Wash to do window and building cleaning. They’ll have monthly demonstrations of the washing offering attendees an opportunity to witness the future of building maintenance. Post-demonstration activities include food, drinks and fun.
Frozen Dead Guy Days at The Post Chicken & Beer in Estes Park combines one of Colorado’s weirdest festivals with cocktails, food, and music over the course of March 14-17.

Mellow Mushroom kicks off spring menu items available March 5-May 13 only. Meredith Willson’s “The Music Man” plays at the Lakewood Cultural Center March 22-April 7. The Tony Award-winning musical comedy is a family-friendly story with great music and a fun storyline.

News Mom Juice, a Colorado- BIPOC-, AAPI-, female-founded wine company is launching in Colorado Target stores. The company produces unstuffy wines at a reasonable price point. They will have their Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Cabernet Sauvignon and Red Blend at Target.
Month of Printmaking (Mo’Print) is the Art Students League of Denver’s biennial celebration highlighting the art of making original hand crafted prints with the purpose to inspire, educate and promote awareness in the Denver area and throughout Colorado. Attend exhibits, visiting artist events, a pop-up fair and more.
Noisette is extending their Restaurant Week offerings through the remainder of month month of March on Wednesday and Thursday nights with a two-course, prix fixe offering for $55.
Omakase Night at OAK at Fourteenth reservations are available now for the April 2 event featuring six dishes from Chef Peter Ho. Items include Fried Tofu with okra, cherry tomato and honey ponzu, Duroc Heritage Pork Belly with truffle dashi and cauliflower and Matcha Ice Cream and Miso Gelato.
News On the Fly is a new wholesale product line by Olive & Finch featuring nourishing grab-and-go options including sandwiches, salads, pastries, ready-to-eat meals and juices. The juices are currently available at Olive & Finch and Little Finch with plans to expand elsewhere.
Oyster Month at Jax Fish House runs all month with bivalve-centric specials featuring fresh, chef-driven takes on East and West Coast oysters at all five locations. There’ll be hot and raw oyster specials created by the chef de cuisine at each location. Examples include hot French Onion West Coast Oyster with French Onion Soup and “Crab-cheese Wonton” raw East Coast Oyster with blue crab. Polar Owl is an all-day rooftop party atop Halcyon, a hotel in Cherry Creek. The Saturday afternoon series, which runs March 16-April 27, lets guests sip, swim and sauna on the hotel’s rooftop while enjoy DJ sets and great views.
Pour Decisions: Breckenridge Wine Classic has tickets on sale now for the Aug. 22-24 event. It’s one of the world’s highest-altitude wine festivals. There’ll be a Grand Tasting, pairings and seminars and wine dinners.

Each work will be on sale and will help support the Athena Project.

Viva Abejas, by Chef Richard Sandoval, returns to Tamayo and Toro restaurants with a special menu that emphasizes bees’ role in our food cycle. Barcelona Wine Bar serves Easter Brunch including Mangalica Estrellados, Burrata with pears and dill, Eggplant Caponata and Two Benedicts.
Blue Island Oyster Bar & Seafood hosts Easter Brunch with brunch food specials, cocktails, and their regular menu. They won’t have Happy Hour that day though.
Brunch Buffet at St. Julien is an annual event. This year, in addition to live jazz, egg hunts and the Easter Bunny, the buffet will include eggs benedict, goat cheese frittata, salad, waffles, a raw bar, hot buffet and seafood paella.
