If it’s time for Civic Center EATS, that means summer’s coming! We’re so excited. How cool is it to head into the beautiful Civic Center Park three days a week and choose which small business you’re going to support and enjoy lunch from?
InGoodTasteDenver.com is proud to partner with Civic Center EATS again this year to profile some of the food trucks that will be participating this year. Why? Because we love small businesses, the food truck scene, great food, and Denver, of course. So watch for our series of The Chefs of Civic Center EATS, #CivicCenterEatsIGTD so that you can get to know the people and stories behind some of the food trucks you’ll encounter.
Here’s what you need to know about Civic Center EATS:
Dates: April 30-October 10, 2019, excluding July 2nd, 3rd & 4th; August 7th, 28th & 29th; September 3rd & 12th
Times: Tuesday-Thursday, 11am-2pm
Vendors: 69 different food trucks with approximately 25 options available each day.
Enjoy: Live music and bistro tables with umbrellas.
New this year:
A beer and wine garden will be happening on Thursdays featuring craft local beverages and picnic table seating.
Retail trucks selling fashion, jewelry, gifts and more will be there daily.
Staffed stations for trash, compost and recyclables.
The Civic Center Conservancy is committed to reducing their environmental impact; as such, they require our Civic Center EATS food trucks to use only compostable and recyclable materials and containers.
