Don’t let the date on the calendar mess with your head or keep you from enjoying a calming, delicious, sweet, chilled treat! If you have been wise enough to order handmade cocktails that were made and delivered by Dry Land Distillers around town, you may have also gotten one of their delicious, handmade popsicles! Lucky for all of us, the nice folks at Dry Land have shared the recipe for their very popular Lavender Honey Popsicles so we can make them at home.

 Dry Land Distillers Lavender Honey Popsicles

Ingredients:
1 ½ Cups Whole Milk
10 TBS Honey
4 TBS Lavender
3 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions:
Heat milk with lavender until hot (do not boil). Let rest, covered, for about 20 minutes. Add honey to the warm milk. Steep, covered, for at least another hour. Strain the mixture into a large bowl and add the yogurt. Whisk until smooth. Freeze in molds. Enjoy!

(Note: If you want a touch more purple color to your sweet treats, add a small handful of crushed blueberries to the hot milk.)
