VX-3: Vietnamese Banh Mi Sandwiches and rice bowls.
IGTD: What led you to open a mobile food business?
VX-3: We are an extension of the popular Vinh Xuong Bakery in Denver and wanted to bring their delicious food to customers outside of the city!
IGTD: What do you feel is unique about the food you serve?
VX-3: Our food is all made from scratch from recipes that have been crafted and perfected for over 30 years.
IGTD: What’s an unsung item on your menu that you’d really encourage people to order?
VX-3: The tofu banh mi or rice bowl! Many people who also eat meat love this as an alternative!
